In this episode, we discuss volunteering, how to get involved and taking those first steps which can be nerve wracking! We talk about their personal journeys, the benefits and opportunities they’ve all enjoyed because of their participation.

Welcome to the very first Shadowboard podcast, brought to you by Fast Forward in conjunction with Versus Arthritis.

In this episode, our Shadowboard delve into the challenging subject of being a young person in Scotland managing a long term health condition – and the impacts it has. We do this in the company of four young people living with Arthritis and various other complex conditions.
